In 2016 he worked at Le Drouant by acclaimed 3 Michellin Guide Star French Chef Antoine Westermann, he then was invited by the Ministry of China to represent the art of the French Gastronomy, and in 2018, obtained 3rd place at the "World Skills France" Region Occitanie.

A Culinary Arts Graduate at the Georges Frêche in Montpellier, France. He received the recognition as Brevet Technicien Superieur en Gastronomie Francaise by the Université Gastronomie.
